Supporting a diverse workforce across both corporate and operational environments, this role will suit an enthusiastic HR skilled looking to broaden their generalist experience and develop their career within a collaborative and high performing team.Your new role Reporting to the People & Culture Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional employee experience while supporting a diverse range of HR initiatives across the business.Key responsibilities include:Supporting the end-to-end employee lifecycle, from onboarding through to offboardingProviding support on employee relations matters and partnering with leaders on people-related issuesCoordinating recruitment activities and delivering a positive candidate experiencePreparing employment contracts, HR correspondence and employee documentationMaintaining employee records and HR systemsSupporting learning and development, engagement and wellbeing initiativesAssisting with HR reporting, compliance and people projectsContributing to continuous improvement initiatives across the People & Culture functionThis is a broad role offering the opportunity to develop strong generalist HR capability while gaining valuable exposure to employee relations,
