The organisation is undertaking a significant finance reform initiative to replace a long-standing financial management system with a contemporary cloud-based solution.The program will modernise financial processes across multiple business areas and involves complex system integration, data migration, testing and deployment activities.Your new roleAs an Integration Analyst, you will play a key role in the design, delivery and testing of system integrations and data migration activities as part of this major transformation program.Working closely with technical leads, data migration specialists, implementation partners and business stakeholders, your responsibilities will include:Coordinating complex integration and data migration activities from legacy systems to the new financial management platformDesigning, developing and documenting integration and migration solutionsDeveloping approaches for managing historic data and system interfacesSupporting the transition and parallel operation of legacy and new financial systemsCoordinating interface changes, data migration activities and associated technical documentationUndertaking data cleansing, analysis, validation and reconciliationInvestigating and resolving data integrity issues with relevant stakeholdersCoordinating comprehensive system and integration testingSupporting deployment and readiness activitiesWorking closely with vendors,



technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure solutions meet functional and technical requirementsWhat you'll need to succeedTo be successful in this role, you will have significant experience across systems integration, data migration and complex ICT environments, ideally within finance or enterprise systems.You will also bring:Solid experience in data extraction, conversion, migration, analysis and reportingDemonstrated experience designing, testing and deploying system interfacesStrong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilityExperience with data cleansing, validation and reconciliationStrong SQL and/or PL/SQL skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsThe ability to translate complex technical requirements into clear documentationStrong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to work across technical and business teamsExperience working autonomously while managing competing priorities and deadlinesExperience delivering outcomes within large-scale, complex transformation projectsExperience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), MuleSoft, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Oracle Fusion ERP, REST, SOAP or WSDL will be highly regarded.
