This position is ideal for someone with leadership and interpersonal skills who values building meaningful relationships and fostering a supportive team culture.Key Worker Responsibilities:Building relationships with the support team,familyand social networkCoordinating and overseeing versatile and responsive provision of supportsacross several providersManaging weekly schedules, daily activities, personal administration,budgetingand travelClearly communicating plans,schedulesand expectations to the support teamCoordinating therapy and medical appointments and supporting outcomesCompleting inductions,trainingandbuddyshifts with new workersEffectively communicating changes to rostered hoursMonitoring and responding to all team communicationsin a timely mannerIncident management,
