Casual Customer Service role, $***** p/hr + super.Your new company An established financial services organisation is seeking customer-focused individuals to join their customer service team on a casual basis.
Supporting a network of branches across Adelaide's northern suburbs, this role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in the banking sector while developing valuable customer service and sales skills.Your new role As a Customer Service Officer, you will provide frontline support to customers across multiple branch locations.
You'll assist with everyday banking transactions, deliver exceptional service, and identify opportunities to connect customers with specialist services where appropriate.Key responsibilities include:Processing cash transactions and everyday banking activitiesProviding professional and efficient customer serviceAssisting customers with enquiries and account-related requestsIdentifying customer needs and referring them to specialist banking servicesMaintaining accurate records and adhering to compliance requirementsSupporting branch operations and administrative tasksContributing to service and sales targets through quality customer interactionsWorking across a range of branch locations as requiredThis is a true casual position supporting multiple branch locations across Adelaide's northern suburbs.
While rosters are generally provided approximately one week in advance, candidates must be comfortable accepting shifts at short notice to support operational requirements.
