We are seeking an experienced Quality & Compliance Officer to join an established education and training organisation on the Central Coast.
n
This role would suit someone with recent experience working within a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and a strong understanding of VET quality and compliance requirements.
Key responsibilities include: n
n
Supporting RTO quality and regulatory compliance
n
Reviewing policies, procedures and compliance documentation
n
Reviewing training and assessment documentation
n
Supporting audits, quality reviews and continuous improvement
n
Identifying compliance gaps and assisting with rectification
n
Maintaining compliance records and supporting evidence
n
Providing compliance support and guidance to management and staff
n
To be considered, you will ideally have: n
n
A Training and Assessment qualification
n
Recent experience within an RTO
n
Sound knowledge of VET and RTO compliance requirements
n
Robust attention to detail and organisational skills
n
Experience with ASQA registration or rectification processes would be highly regarded
n
Community education experience would be advantageous but is not essential
n
n
Hours: Initially Monday to Friday, 8:30am–4:30pm, transitioning to approximately 3 days per week.
