Our CBD-based mining client is seeking a proactive, generalist HR Advisor to join their team.An established resources organisation is seeking a capable HR Advisor to support leaders and employees across a broad range of operational HR activities within their Perth CBD-based team.This role will provide day-to-day HR advice across workforce planning, recruitment support, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, change initiatives, and process and systems improvement.You will work closely with site-based and corporate-based leaders and the broader human resources team, providing practical advice, supporting cyclical HR activities, and contribute to a positive, engaged and high-performance workplace.Key responsibilities will include:Providing generalist HR advice and support to leaders and employeesManaging employee relations matters, including performance, conduct, investigations and case managementSupporting recruitment, onboarding, probation and workforce planning activitiesCoaching leaders on people matters, performance conversations and effective team managementUsing HR data and analytics to identify trends, inform decisions and support business planningSupporting talent, succession,
