HR Data and Integration LeadYour new company A leading Australian university is undertaking a significant Workforce Management transformation to establish an integrated approach to workforce planning, academic workload allocation, scheduling, time and attendance, and compliance assurance.
The program will introduce standardised processes, integrated technology and strengthened governance across a complex workforce workplace.Your new role As the HR Data and Integration Lead, you will establish the HR data governance, ownership and data management capabilities required to support the Workforce Management program and broader workforce planning outcomes.Reporting to the HR Program Director and HR Business Owner, you will lead the HR Data Governance and Quality workstream and translate business data requirements into practical governance, ownership and data quality improvement initiatives.Key responsibilities will include:Designing and establishing the HR data governance and ownership modelDefining data owners, stewards, decision rights, standards and issue-resolution pathwaysLeading the Workforce Management data quality uplift and augmentation planCoordinating data profiling, cleansing, validation and enrichment activitiesBuilding sustainable HR data management routines, controls and accountabilitiesAligning HR data requirements with data models, integrations and architecture decisionsSupporting technology procurement, solution evaluation, migration and implementation readinessPartnering with HR, workforce planning, ICT, enterprise data teams,
faculties and external vendorsEstablishing arrangements to transition data governance and quality management into business-as-usual operationsWhat you'll need to succeed Establishing HR data governance, ownership, stewardship and decision-making modelsLeading data quality assessment, remediation, cleansing and augmentation initiativesWorking with HR, workforce planning, payroll, organisational or other people-related dataTranslating business data requirements into practical integration and architecture outcomesDesigning sustainable operating models, controls and governance routinesSupporting enterprise technology procurement, data migration, testing and deploymentEngaging senior leaders, data owners, subject-matter experts and technology teamsLeading multidisciplinary teams and managing complex dependencies across enterprise programsA degree in Human Resources, Data Management, Information Systems, Business, Analytics, Workforce Planning or a related discipline is required, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
