Voice Picker / High Reach Forklift operator
to join a well-established national business located in
Dandenong South
.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced warehouse operator with
strong High Reach forklift experience, proven voice-picking skills, good computer skills and excellent attention to detail
.
n
We're looking for someone who is confident using warehouse technology, accurate with picking and stock movements, and able to work safely and efficiently in a busy warehouse workplace.
n
About the Role Working within a busy warehouse environment, you will be responsible for accurately picking, replenishing and moving stock while maintaining a strong focus on safety, accuracy and productivity.
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Voice picking orders accurately and efficiently
n
Operating High Reach forklifts
to move and replenish stock
n
Putaways and replenishment using High Reach forklifts
n
Retrieving stock from racking
n
Picking and preparing orders for dispatch
n
Using warehouse systems and technology to complete daily tasks
n
Entering and checking information accurately on computer systems
n
Moving pallets and stock throughout the warehouse
n
Loading and unloading trucks as required
n
Completing general warehouse and manual handling duties
n
Checking stock and ensuring orders are picked accurately
n
Maintaining a clean, protected and organised work environment
n
Working closely with supervisors and the wider warehouse team
n
Following all site safety and operational procedures
n
Strong Voice Picking & High Reach Experience Essential
n
We're looking for someone who has
genuine hands‐on experience with both voice picking and High Reach forklift operation
and is comfortable working with computers and warehouse systems.
The right person will: n

Have
strong High Reach forklift experience
n
Have
previous voice-picking experience
n
Hold a current
LF Forklift Licence
n
Have
good computer skills
and be comfortable learning warehouse systems
n
Have
excellent attention to detail and accuracy
n
Be confident working at height and around warehouse racking
n
Have experience with putaways and stock replenishment
n
Be accurate and efficient when voice picking orders
n
Be comfortable working in a fast‐paced warehouse environment
n
Have solid warehouse experience
n
Be physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
n
Take safety seriously
n
Be reliable, punctual and consistent
n
Have a strong work ethic and positive attitude
n
Work well as part of a team
n
Be willing to assist with general warehouse duties when required
n

To Be Successful, You'll Have: n

Current Australian LF Forklift Licence
n
Strong High Reach forklift experience – essential
n
Previous voice-picking experience – essential
n
Good computer skills
n
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
n
Solid warehouse experience
n
Experience working with racking and stock replenishment
n
Strong understanding of warehouse safety
n
Reliable transport
n
Full working rights in Australia
n
Ability to complete a police check
n
Availability to work
7:00am–3:00pm Monday–Friday

Strong work ethic and reliable attitude
n
