Due to continued project growth, an opportunity has become available for an experienced AO6 Program Scheduler to support the successful planning, coordination, and delivery of multiple programs and projects.This contract position offers an attractive $***** per hour, commencing 16 October **** through to 30 April ****, with the possibility of extension.Your new role As the AO6 Program Scheduler, you will play a critical role in supporting project delivery teams through the development, maintenance, and coordination of project schedules, workforce planning, and resource allocation activities.Your responsibilities will include:Maintaining and updating high-level project and program schedulesMonitoring project milestones, deliverables, critical dates, and project timelinesIdentifying schedule delays, variances, risks, and potential impacts to deliveryFacilitating Planning and Scheduling Meetings with project delivery teamsReviewing program updates and communicating key information to stakeholdersUpdating the Field Staff Planning Calendar (FSPC) and workforce planning schedulesSupporting resource allocation, apprentice coordination, and work experience placement planningAssisting with the development and ongoing maintenance of project schedulesCollecting, validating, and analysing project information for scheduling and reporting purposesResponding to scheduling, planning,
