Your New CompanyA growing Mechanical Services and HVAC business is seeking an organised and proactive Project Administrator to support the successful delivery of major AI infrastructure and data centre projects.
Working closely with Project Managers and site teams, you'll play a key role in keeping projects running smoothly through effective document control, contract administration, reporting and financial coordination.This is an exciting opportunity to join a business operating in one of Australia's fastest-growing sectors, offering exposure to complex projects, cutting-edge technology infrastructure, and a collaborative team environment.Your New RoleAs Project Administrator, you'll become the central hub of project coordination, supporting multiple stakeholders across construction and delivery teams.
You will be responsible for maintaining project documentation, managing contractual processes, supporting financial administration, and ensuring project information is accurate and up to date.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate project start-up meetings and support project mobilisationManage project documentation, correspondence and notices within ProcoreAssist Project Managers with project planning, reporting, budget tracking and deliverablesCreate and administer subcontract agreements and purchase ordersProcess project variations and maintain accurate records within ProcorePrepare documentation for monthly progress claims and invoicingSupport accounts receivable activities, including payment follow-upMaintain drawing registers and distribute revised documentationAssist with quality assurance processes and document control activitiesWork closely with site teams,
