You'll work as part of a collaborative P&C; function, building trusted relationships with employees and leaders while supporting the delivery of responsive and practical people solutions.Your new role As the People & Culture Partner, you will be a key point of contact for leaders and employees, providing practical HR advice and support across a broad range of operational and employee relations matters.Partnering with leaders and employees and building solid stakeholder relationshipsCoaching managers through performance, conduct, grievance and attendance mattersSupporting performance management processes and assisting with investigationsManaging employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, probation, contracts, internal movements and offboardingSupporting organisational change and people initiativesSupporting WHS and return-to-work processesMaintaining accurate employee records and supporting workforce reportingSupporting payroll-related employee changesContributing to policy and HR system implementationsIdentifying opportunities to improve HR processes and the employee experienceSupporting workshops,
training and broader regional P&C; initiativesTravelling to campuses to build relationships with stakeholders across the organisationWhat you'll need to succeed 3–5 years' generalist HR experienceTertiary qualifications in HR, Business or a related disciplineExperience managing operational HR and employee lifecycle processesExperience supporting employee relations and performance mattersKnowledge of Australian employment legislation and relevant awardsStrong stakeholder management and relationship-building skillsConfidence coaching and advising leadersStrong written and verbal communication skillsA current driving licenceA Working with Children CheckWhat you'll get in return This is an opportunity to take on a broad and hands-on People & Culture role, working closely with leaders while gaining exposure across employee relations, HR operations, systems, reporting and continuous improvement.
