Working across industrial, operational and corporate hiring, you will play a key role in improving recruitment outcomes, building talent pipelines and partnering with leaders to attract top talent in a fast-paced environment.This is a permanent position offering a hybrid working model, with three days in the office and two days working from home.Your new role This is a hands-on recruitment role with a strong focus on blue-collar and operational hiring.
Approximately half of your workload will support operational positions such as Yard Coordinators, Equipment Inspectors and Auction Coordinators, with the remainder spanning finance, sales and corporate functions.You will manage multiple vacancies, partner closely with business leaders and agency suppliers, and identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes.
Reporting to an international manager, you will work closely with local stakeholders and have significant autonomy to influence the talent acquisition function.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment across operational and corporate positionsBuild talent pipelines for high-volume and hard-to-fill rolesPartner with hiring managers to improve recruitment outcomesDevelop sourcing strategies across SEEK,
