About the role:Reporting to the Manager – People Advisory, you will support our leaders to provide a great place to work for our employees, and a great service to our customers.

Degree qualification in Human Resources Management or a related disciplineConsiderable HR generalist, employee relations and/or case management experience, ideally in a medium to large multi-disciplined organisationBusiness focused, great at building relationships and offer strong coaching and mentoring skills to provide guidance on a range of people mattersExperience working with a field-based blue collar workforce would be beneficial but is not essentialSound like a match?
