As part of a major program of work focused on modernising national registry services, you will work within a high-performing Digital, Data & Technology team delivering innovative and impactful solutions.Your new roleAs a Senior Business Analyst, you will lead business analysis activities across the full project lifecycle, partnering with business stakeholders, technical teams and delivery partners to deliver successful transformation outcomes.Key responsibilities include:Leading requirements elicitation through workshops, interviews and stakeholder engagementAnalysing business processes, identifying improvement opportunities and defining future-state solutionsDocumenting and managing business, functional and non-functional requirementsDeveloping user stories, process maps and business analysis artefactsApplying User Centred Design (UCD) principles to support accessible and user-focused solutionsFacilitating stakeholder engagement across business and technical teamsSupporting testing activities, UAT preparation,
