the normal 8.30am to 5pm at times dependant on business requirements.
Duties•
Process
outcome claims in a timely manner for all our contracts.
•
Meet
quality standards for claims processing.
•
Coach,
advise and mentor staff in relation to claims processing.
•
Analyse
data and results to optimise performance.
•
Assist
with preparation of reports.
•
Interpret
and apply processes, policies, and guidelines.
•
Collaborate
with staff to find a solution focused approach to achieve claims.To
be competent in this position you will have.
•
The
ability to interpret and apply processes, policies and guidelines effectively•
Capability
to review documentary evidence in line with relevant processes and guidelines,•
Ability
to coach and advise others on claims matters,•
High
level data entry skills and attention to detail,•
Great
interpersonal skills that allow you to engage and build relationships with all
staff across the organisation,•
An
ability to manage your time effectively to ensure strict time frames are met.

Experience
processing claims in the Employment Services Industry, Inclusive Employment
Australia or Workforce Australia contract would be highly regarded.

Experience
in Employment Services will also be highly regarded.
