Aurion Payroll Specialist needed for a 12 month contract.
Your new company An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Payroll & Aurion Specialist to join a large, well-established organisation with a complex workforce and strong focus on compliance, governance and employee experience.
This role will suit a payroll skilled who combines robust end-to-end payroll expertise with advanced Aurion systems knowledge and enjoys improving processes, troubleshooting issues and ensuring payroll accuracy.Your new role Reporting into the HR leadership team, you will take ownership of payroll operations while acting as the key Aurion subject matter expert across the organisation.End-to-end payroll processing across a large and diverse workforceManagement of employee lifecycle transactions including commencements, variations and terminationsMaintaining payroll compliance with relevant legislation, awards, enterprise agreements, taxation and superannuation requirementsPayroll reconciliations, reporting and audit preparationAurion system administration, configuration and user supportInvestigation and resolution of payroll and system-related issuesData integrity maintenance and system controlsTesting,



upgrades and continuous improvement initiativesStakeholder support and training across payroll and HR functionsWhat you'll need to succeed Extensive end-to-end Australian payroll experienceEssential hands-on experience with AurionStrong understanding of payroll legislation, superannuation and taxation requirementsExperience interpreting awards, EBAs and employment conditionsAdvanced payroll reconciliation and reporting skillsStrong problem-solving and systems troubleshooting capabilityExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsHigh attention to detail and commitment to payroll accuracyWhat's on offer?
