Payroll Officer with iChris or Chris 21 needed for a role until the end of October.Your new company An established organisation is seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to support a significant workforce integration and payroll compliance project.
This is a hands-on opportunity for a payroll professional with strong Chris21 experience who enjoys working with complex data, employee records and entitlement reviews.
You will play a key role in validating employee service histories and ensuring leave entitlements are accurate following organisational change activities.Your new role Working closely with Payroll, People & Culture and Finance teams, you will review employee records, analyse payroll data and assist with the reconciliation of long service leave and other employee entitlements.Key responsibilities include:Reviewing employee service histories, payroll records and leave balancesAnalysing and validating data within Chris21Assessing long service leave entitlements against relevant legislation, awards and enterprise agreementsReviewing transferred employee records and supporting documentationPreparing audit schedules, reconciliation reports and findingsIdentifying discrepancies,
