You'll be comfortable on the floor supporting service and reviewing the numbers to understand what's working, where improvements are needed and how to grow the business.Your responsibilities will include:Leading, coaching and developing an engaged teamOverseeing food, beverage, gaming and function operationsManaging budgets, labour,



stock and operating costsUsing performance data to improve revenue and profitabilityDelivering consistent service standards and maintaining complianceSupporting events and activations that connect with the local communityAbout youYou're an experienced hospitality manager who leads by example and works well with others.
