Service Desk Officer | 2-Month Contract Initially | Based in Victor HarbourYour new company We're looking for a Service Desk Officer to provide responsive, customer-focused IT support within a professional environment based in Victor Harbor.
Your new role This role would suit someone who enjoys working with people, troubleshooting day-to-day technology issues and delivering a positive experience for end users.What you'll be doing:Providing Level 1 and general IT support to usersTroubleshooting hardware, software and Microsoft 365 issuesSupporting users across Outlook, Teams, OneDrive and other M365 applicationsAssisting with user accounts, access and basic administrationLogging, managing and resolving service desk requestsEscalating more complex technical issues when requiredProviding clear and friendly support to users with varying levels of technical knowledgeMaintaining accurate documentation and ticket updatesWhat you'll need to succeed Previous experience in a Service Desk,
