Job Description
Far North Coast Wound Services is seeking a casual Registered Nurse to join a mobile community team servicing Grafton and the Clarence region.
You'll assess and treat wound care, catheters, and chronic conditions in patients at home, with mentoring from Clinical Nurse Consultants and flexible shifts.
You'll work independently with support when needed, maintain transparent records, and have opportunities to move toward permanent roles while developing your clinical skills in a friendly rural setting.
