WAVES Trainers will deliver high-quality training, coaching and capability building services to support secure systems of work in Victorian government schools.
The Trainers will train school staff in a new Protective Intervention Training module and provide related safety coaching for staff.
Candidates should have detailed knowledge of department policies relating to workplace safety, student behaviour, and their application within school settings, with a focus on collaboration across departments
