About the Role
This is a hands-on role responsible for the professional installation of interior window furnishings and outdoor shade systems across a variety of sites.
You'll work closely with our installation team, office staff, and clients to ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to a high standard.
Working hours
Monday to Friday, generally 8:00am – 5:00pm
Saturday work (8:00am – 5:00pm) required during peak periods
Salary
Negotiable based on experience and capability
Key Responsibilities
Install blinds, curtains, shutters,



and tracks to specification
Install outdoor blinds, awnings, and shade systems
Read and interpret plans, job sheets, and installation details
Measure, mark, and fit products accurately
Maintain a high level of workmanship and attention to detail
Communicate professionally with clients on-site
Work safely at all times, including at heights
Complete job documentation, photos, and checklists accurately
Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles
Identify and report any site issues or variations
Ensure job sites are left clean and tidy upon completion
Assist with material handling and preparation
Support apprentices or junior team members when required
What We're Looking For
Experience in window furnishings, blinds, awnings, or similar trade (preferred)
Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
Reliable, punctual, and well-presented
Good communication skills with both clients and team members
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physically fit and comfortable working at heights
Competent with hand and power tools
Valid driver's licence
