Job Description
AtBmedia, we partner with talented content creators to crafthigh-quality, visually engaging contentfor our clients in Melbourne.
As aContent Producer, you'll plan, film, and edit creative assets forsocial media and marketing campaigns— working closely with our team and creators to bring each brand's story to life.
Managing content for up to20 clients, you'll take ownership of thecreative strategy and production process, ensuring every piece of content aligns with brand goals, audience intent, and campaign strategy.
Key Responsibilities.
Plan and coordinate content shootsfor Bmedia's client portfolio, ensuring each production aligns with brand goals and campaign strategies.
Develop creative concepts, shot lists, and storyboardsfor social media and marketing content.
Attend and assist on-location shootsacross Melbourne, ensuring smooth coordination between talent, clients, and crew.
Edit short-form and long-form video contentfor social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
Maintainconsistency in visual style, tone, and messagingacross all client deliverables.
Ensuretimely deliveryof all edited content according to project timelines and client schedules.
Collaborate with theSocial Media Management, paid ads and influencer teamsto align creative direction with performance goals.
Stay up-to-date withsocial media trends, editing techniques, and emerging content formatsto keep Bmedia's output fresh and relevant.
Managefile organization, backups, and version controlfor all creative assets.
Required Skills
Proven experience incontent production, including planning, filming,
and editing social media or marketing content.
Strong proficiency invideo editing software.
Skilled incamera operation, lighting, and audio basicsfor on-location shoots.
Ability to direct and collaborate withinfluencers, creators, and clientsduring shoots.
Robust understanding ofsocial media trends, storytelling, and platform-specific content formats(Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
Strongcreative judgment and visual compositionskills.
Proficiency infile management, media organization, and cloud storage workflows(Google Drive, Dropbox, or Frame.io ).
Strong communication skills — able to interpret briefs, give creative input, and provide status updates clearly.
Attention to detail and commitment to deliveringpolished, on-brand content.
Reliable and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently while collaborating with Overseas and Australian based teams.
Nice to haves
Experience producing or editing content for brands inhospitality, lifestyle or fitnessindustries.
Stronggraphic design skillsusing tools likeCanva, Photoshop, or Figmato create supporting assets.
Understanding ofpaid media creative principles— how visuals perform across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube Ads.
Ability to produceUGC-style videosand authentic, creator-led content.
Experiencedirecting on-location shootsor coordinating small production crews.
Basic understanding ofcolor grading, audio mixing, and LUT workflows.
Drone videography or photography skills.
Understanding ofbrand identity and storytellingfor multi-client environments.
Passion for staying ahead ofsocial trends, editing styles, and content formats.
