Business Trainer & Assessor
to deliver our
Diploma of Business
to senior secondary students across Queensland.

If you have the right industry experience but don't yet hold your TAE,



we can support you to obtain your Certificate IV in Training & Assessment.
What You'll Be Doing n
As a Business Trainer & Assessor, you'll work with senior school students completing their Diploma of Business, bringing real-world business experience into the classroom.
n

Deliver engaging, practical and interactive business training
n
Share your real-world knowledge and experiences
n
Mentor and motivate students to achieve their goals
n
Help students develop confidence and professional skills
n
Build positive relationships with students and partner schools
n
Support assessment and student progression
n
Contribute to engaging learning activities and continuous improvement
n
What We're Looking For n
We're looking for someone who can connect with young people and make business come alive.
n
You'll ideally have:
n
n
A relevant Business qualification and/or robust industry experience
n
Certificate IV in Training & Assessment
(TAE*****/TAE*****)
or a willingness to obtain
n
Experience in business, management, marketing, entrepreneurship or a related field
n
Strong communication and presentation skills
n
A positive, engaging and qualified approach
n
A genuine passion for mentoring and developing young people
n
A Working with Children Check or the ability to obtain one
n
