Key Responsibilities
Provide accurate, real-time consecutive interpretation (English+Hmong).
Facilitate clear communication in high-stakes settings (e.g., healthcare, legal).
Maintain strict confidentiality, neutrality, and professionalism.
Manage your own schedule and log in reliably to handle calls.
Qualifications & Tech Requirements
Language:Native or near-native fluency in English and Hmong.
Skills:Strong active listening, cultural sensitivity, and emotional resilience.
Experience:Beginners welcome; prior interpreting experience is a plus.
Workspace:A quiet, distraction-free home environment.
Tech Setup:Dedicated computer, high-speed internet (wired preferred for VRI), and a noise-canceling USB headset.
