About The Opportunity
The primary purpose of this position is to support a wide range of functional areas across the business.
Often described as the "everything department", this role is perfect for someone who loves variety, enjoys keeping busy and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
As part of a small team, some of your responsibilities will include:
Supporting the CEOacross a variety of tasks
Managing and trackingprojects across the businessfrom start to finish
Assisting theCustomer Service Teamto deliver a great client experience
Managing thecomplaints processand helping resolve issues
Keeping projects moving by communicating effectively withkey stakeholders inside and outside the business
About You
The successful candidate will have:
Abackground in a similar role
Strong attention to detailwith excellent time management and organisational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High proficiency in MS Office Suiteand the ability to learn new systems quickly
The ability to deal withsensitive informationappropriately and with discretion
Acustomer centric focusand a proactive, solution-driven approach
