Job Description
As a Fleet Maintenance Coordinator, you will be responsible for the organisation of maintenance for all of our Fleet by coordinating repairs and maintenance of trucks and trailers & scheduling services/repairs with our truck repairer while ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality outcomes for our business. We are located in Hallam & this role is full time.

Key Responsibilities:
n
Organising services for all our trucks and trailers with our repairers.
n
Tracking repairs on our maintenance register.
n
Reconciling invoices.
n
Work collaboratively with our repair team to meet service timeframes.
n
Retrieve quotes from repairers and book them book in repairs.
n
Communicate weekly updates & recommendations with repair details to management.
n
About you:
n
Current Heavy Vehicle Licence & Forklift Licence
n
Proven experience working on trucks and trailers
n
Experience with diagnostic equipment and workshop systems
n
High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
n
Physically fit and strong
n
Solid team player with good communication skills
n
Previous experience is preferred
n
