Randstad is seeking an experienced Business Analyst (HR/Payroll) for a four-month contract in Melbourne. You will gather business requirements, facilitate workshops, and perform gap analysis on an HRIS/HR/payroll transformation project.

You will partner with operational leaders and payroll specialists to build clarity and deliver an evidence-based roadmap with future options, supported by transparent documentation and stakeholder engagement.
