About Our Client n
Our client is a leading underground coal mining operation committed to protected, efficient, and sustainable mining practices. They are seeking experienced Development Electricians to support underground operations and development activities within a high-performing team environment.
What You Will Be Doing n
Carrying out installation, maintenance, and fault-finding on underground mining equipment
n
Supporting underground development operations and infrastructure
n
Diagnosing and repairing electrical faults on mining equipment and fixed plant
n
Completing preventative maintenance and statutory inspections
n
Ensuring all work is carried out in compliance with site safety standards and legislative requirements
n
Working closely with production and maintenance crews to minimise downtime
n




Maintaining accurate maintenance records and reports
What You Will Need n
Electrical Trade Qualification
n
Current Electrical Licence
n
Proven underground coal mining experience (essential)
n
Previous experience as a Development Electrician highly regarded
n
Standard 11 and Coal Board Medical
n
Current Driver's Licence
n
Full Australian working rights
