Job Description
We are seeking a qualified Method Analyst to examine organisational methods, operational procedures, and business systems, and to develop improved practices that support efficiency and productivity within a operating environment.
Duties and Responsibilities: n

Study and evaluate organisational structures, work methods, and operational systems
n
Analyse current procedures and identify inefficiencies or areas for improvement
n
Develop, document, and recommend revised methods, workflows, and systems
n
Conduct operational reviews, including time, cost, and resource analysis
n
Prepare reports, process documentation, and implementation recommendations
n




Consult with management to assist with the introduction of improved methods
n
Review outcomes and recommend further process improvements as required
n
Skills and Experience Required: n
n
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field
n
Minimum 2 years' relevant experience in organisation and methods analysis or process improvement
n
Solid analytical, documentation, and reporting skills
n
Ability to work independently within a business environment
n
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
