Job Description
Flinders Shire Council is seeking a Road Maintenance Supervisor - RMPC to oversee road maintenance works under the State contract.
The role coordinates inspections, defect responses, routine and emergency works, and contractor activities while ensuring safety and contract compliance.
The successful candidate will supervise field crews, manage records for claims and audits, and work with the Civil Works Coordinator to deliver programs in line with TMR standards.
