The Position
n
We'reseeking an enthusiastic person to join our Child, Youth and Family Services Team to provide rostering, programplanningand administrative support. The successful candidate will bring
strongorganisationalskills,
communication, time management, attention
todetail,andproblem
-solvingskills to ensure our operations run smoothly and our clients havea
positiveexperience.

Key Responsibilities (not limited to):
n
n
Answering and directing phone calls to relevant team members.
n
Overseeing team email inboxes, and providing responses appropriately, or delegation to the appropriate team member.
n
Scheduling meetings and client appointments
n
Program planning and Event bookings
n
General administrative tasks to support operations in the team and organisation
n
n

About You
n
This is an opportunity for an experienced Scheduling & Administration Officer with a genuine interest in working collaboratively to ensure effective team goals and client outcomes are met.
n
n
You have demonstrated experience in
rostering/scheduling.
n
You have excellent computer literacy including Microsoft applications.
n
You have excellent attention to detail. Creating and maintaining documentation and spreadsheets
n
You are able to multi-task and thrive in a dynamic working environment
n
And finally, you're someone who's passionate about making a difference and working in the NFP sector.
n
n
Minimum Qualifications:
n
n
Proof of Australian Working Rights
n
Current Driver's License & a reliable vehicle
n
Cert IV in Business or Administration
n
n
Candidates will also either have or be willing to obtain the following:
n
n
National Police Clearance (within 6 months)
n
Working with Children Card
n
n
