The
position
: Based in
Truganina
. The maintenance fitter will be responsible for maintaining the plant / equipment and general facilities, ensuring that the plant is consistently in optimum working order.
n
The position is for
immediate start
and is
permanent part-time 6.15am to *****pm Monday to Friday.
n
Responsibilities include
n
n
Daily
start ups
n
Machinery
breakdown, trouble shooting and repairs.
n
Scheduled
preventative maintenance
and
shut down works.
n
Spares
ordering and workshop duties
n
Some
Fabrication & welding
- MIG / Arc
n
Strong commitment to
OHS
- SWMS, permit systems
n
Read,



understand and work off
drawings
n
n
Must have
n
n
Trade qualification
as a mechanical fitter and turner or boiler maker
n
Experience in a
manufacturing industry in maintenance.
n
Welding
/ fabrication knowledge
n
Ability to work unsupervised and autonomously.
n
30 hour
Monday to Friday Permanent part time position.
n
Ability to do other general handyman dutiesn
