Westhaven is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our Broken Hill team, assisting adults with disability services in daily living, personal care, and community activities.
This role offers relocation with a strong hourly base rate and 12% super, plus extensive remote-area perks.
You will support clients in daily living, plan community activities, and help them gain independence while maintaining documentation and care notes.
