What you'll do
Build and delivertalent attraction strategiesusing social sourcing, advertising, referrals, and mapping.
Engage, interview, and present skilled candidates to clients with clarity and speed.
Provideadvisory support—interpreting Fair Work legislation, Awards, and conditions.
Negotiate employment terms and contract details with professionalism.
Develop and manage client relationships—conduct meetings, craft proposals, and secure assignments.
About you
Sector expertise:Strong understanding of the renewable energy industry,



with the credibility to engage candidates and clients immediately.
Recruitment experience:2+ years in agency or in-house recruitment across resourcing, account management, or talent attraction.
Business development skills:Confident in outreach, client engagement, and solution selling.
Education/knowledge:Degree in Business, HR, Finance, Law, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Communication:Strong interpersonal and professional presence; multilingual ability highly regarded.
Personal strengths:Empathy, resilience, integrity, listening skills, and a drive to succeed.
