Registered Architect – Interiors (Senior Interior Architect) This is a rare opportunity to lead the interior design division of a premium boutique luxury renovations business in Perth, WA. Specialising exclusively in high‐end renovation projects valued between $2m and $10m, you will deliver exceptional interior architectural outcomes in close collaboration with the internal construction team and business owners.

You will play a key leadership role, guiding the interior design function, shaping project outcomes, and contributing to strategic direction. The business offers a clear pathway to leadership, directorship, or ownership for the right candidate, with strong support throughout the transition. Following a recent restructure, you will also have the opportunity to build and grow your own team.
Key Responsibilities: n

Lead and manage the interior design division
n
Oversee luxury renovation projects from concept to delivery
n
Collaborate closely with owners, directors, and the internal construction team
n
Build and develop your own design team
n
Ensure design excellence aligned with client expectations
n
Manage projects within the $2–10m range

About You: n
n
Registered Architect with strong renovation experience
n
Passionate about interior design and luxury finishes
n
Strong leadership and team‐building capability
n
Comfortable in a small, warm, collaborative environment
n
Hands‐on approach with the ability to lead and deliver
n
Open to software preferences – Revit or AutoCAD both accepted
n
Open to interstate relocation (support provided); Perth‐based role in a beautiful office location
n
Open to in-house consultancy
