About the Role n
We are looking for
Packing Team Members
to join our team at our
Dandenong South
site.
n
This is a
pick and pack role
, focused on accurately picking, packing, sorting and preparing fresh bakery products for customer orders and dispatch.
n
You will play an important role in making sure customer orders are correctly prepared and ready for delivery.
Your Responsibilities n

Pick and pack fresh bakery products accurately
n
n
Prepare customer orders for dispatch
n
n
Check products and quantities against customer orders
n
n
Sort, organise and prepare bakery products
n
n
Label and prepare orders for delivery
n
n
Handle and move packed bakery products
n
n




Maintain a clean and organised packing area
n
n
Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace safety procedures
n
n
Work efficiently as part of a busy team
n
About You n
We're looking for people who are:

Reliable and punctual
n
n
Comfortable working in a rapid-paced environment
n
n
Physically capable of repetitive packing and manual handling
n
n
Detail-oriented and accurate
n
n
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
n
n
Able to follow established processes and instructions
n

Available for afternoon/evening work
n
n
Previous picking, packing, warehouse, food or dispatch experience is advantageous, but not essential
n
Hours & Availability n
This is a
casual position
with regular shifts available for the right candidates.
n
Shifts are approximately
4 hours
, with start times generally between
6:00pm and 8:00pm
, depending on operational requirements.
n
We operate across
7 days
, and flexibility across different days will be highly regarded.
