We have opportunities available as we strategically expand our RFDS operations in the Territory.
Reporting directly to the Flight Nurse Manager, you will work in a diverse, fulfilling and rewarding environment.
We believe our people – all of our people – keep the Royal Flying Doctor Service flying.
Specifically, you will:
Be at the forefront of aeromedical health services, providing primary response, intensive care, midwifery and trauma services, including emergency retrievals, as part of our high-performance aeromedical team in regional, rural and remote SA & NT
Work in a dynamic environment using your skills and experience to deliver outstanding patient care, where two days are never the same.
About You
You are:
A healthcare professional who takes pride in delivering high quality nursing care
Professional in your approach to service delivery
Willing to work collaboratively with other health professionals, pilots,



and operational employees to provide high quality health care in a remote setting,
Have a great sense of adventure.
To be considered for the role you require:
AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse
Minimum three (3) years ́ experience in emergency, intensive care or critical care nursing
Post-graduate qualification in emergency/critical care nursing, with a minimum of three years ́ clinical experience gained following completion of the qualification.
Advanced life support, and paediatric life support certification with an accredited training organisation.
