The Opportunity
Kingsley is acting for a well-respected real estate consultancy with a dedicated national Rating team and offices across the UK.
Our client is looking to appoint suitably experienced, enthusiastic and highly professional
MRICS/IRRV Qualified Rating Surveyor – Associate or Senior level
– to be based in the Newcastle / Northeast region.
Knowledge & Experience:
Rating background for either a corporate, public sector or private practice
Valuation Office Agency (VOA) employees welcome to apply
Rounded experience and demonstrable technical competence of Rating / Business Rates
Understanding of relevant market and local knowledge
Person Specification/Requirements:
MRICS / FRICS / IRRV qualified
Proficient IT skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written




Highly numerate with the ability to grasp complex investment scenarios
Organised, focused and high attention to detail
Team player who deals effectively with colleagues and clients
Ability to work in fast paced agile environment
Passionate about the Rating / Business Rates sector
Valid UK driving licence.
Salary and Benefits:
Competitive Salary: £45,000 to £60,000+ per annum (or more D.O.E.)
