Prepareandcookpremiumsteaks,ribsandgrilledmeats
Produceburgers,pizzas,sauces,sidesandothermenuitems
Ensuredishesarepresentedconsistentlyandtoahighstandard
Carryoutdailymiseenplaceforefficientservice
Monitorfoodqualityandcorrectportionsizes
Followrecipes,cookingproceduresandkitchenstandards
Maintainappropriatefoodtemperaturesandstorageprocedures
Assistwithreceivingandstoringfooddeliveries
Monitorstocklevelsandassistwithreducingunnecessarywastage
Maintainaclean,organisedandsafeworkingenvironment

Requirements & Eligibility
RelevantCertificateIIIorIVqualificationinCommercialCookery
Atleast1yearofrelevantexperienceinacommercialkitchen
ExperienceworkingasaChef,ChefdePartieorinasimilarkitchenrole
Experiencepreparinggrilledmeatsandsteakdishesishighlyregarded
Soundknowledgeoffoodsafetyandhygienepractices
Abilitytoworkefficientlyinabusyserviceenvironment
Goodteamworkandcommunicationskills
Strongtimemanagementandorganisationalabilities
Flexibilitytoworkevenings,weekendsandpublicholidays
