Bunnings is seeking a Department Manager to run daily operations, sales and high-volume stock management within your specialist area.
You will lead a 20+ strong team and report to the Operations Manager, driving Best Experience, Best Prices and our Widest Range for customers.
You'll roster teams, monitor safety and performance, coordinate with Merchandising, Store Leadership and Health and Safety, and foster solid supplier relationships.
Weekend work and some public holidays are required.
