Are you a people person who loves helping others, thrives in a busy environment and would enjoy working in the veterinary industry — but don't necessarily want a clinical nursing role?
Murray Bridge Veterinary Clinic is looking for a Customer Service & Client Care team member to join our friendly and supportive team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has excellent communication skills, is compassionate and empathetic, and can stay calm and think quickly when things get busy.
About the role
You will be an important part of our front-of-house team, helping to create a positive experience for our clients and their pets from the moment they contact us.
The position includes:
Client reception and customer service
Answering phones and responding to client enquiries
Booking and coordinating appointments
Supporting clients through sometimes difficult and emotional situations
Liaising with our veterinary nurses and vets
General administration and client communication
Working as part of a busy, fast-paced veterinary team
You don't need to be a qualified veterinary nurse.
We are happy to provide on-the-job training and education about the veterinary industry for the right person.

Hours & opportunities
Part-time: 3 days per week + Saturday morning on a rotating roster
Approximately 58 hours per fortnight
Full-time: May also be available for the right person.
For the right candidate, there may also be future opportunities to grow within the clinic, including developing into a consultation nurse role or other areas of the veterinary industry, depending on your skills, interests and career goals.
