Job Description
Human Psychology is one of South Australia's largest and most innovative providers of EAP, critical incident and workplace wellness and consulting solutions.
We're growing and looking to expand our team!
You will be an experienced Social Worker or Psychologist who is values driven and enjoys supporting people to think, feel and perform better.
We're passionate about delivering great outcomes for our customers and clients and offer a diversity of services from individual support and therapy to organisational interventions and solutions.
We have full time or part-time opportunities.
The work includes:
Assessments of client's presenting concerns and related risk.
Use short term solution focused therapy to identify goals and provide appropriate skills and strategies to achieve them
Provision of counselling to individuals with a variety of presenting issues including but not limited to mental, emotional, lifestyle management and work life concerns.
Working autonomously with your clients and ensuring best practice in your approach to client work
Providing on site EAP and critical incident response to our customers.
Providing psychosocial training to our customers at their workplaces.

You will have:
Minimum of 3 years' experience supporting individuals across a wide range of issues
Brief therapy solution-focused intervention skills
Tertiary qualification in Psychology or Social work from an approved Australian Institution.
Current full membership with the Australian Association of Social Workers AASW or Current general registration as a psychologist with AHPRA.
Critical incident experience would be highly regarded
