The Langham, Gold Coast invites an experienced Group Reservations Officer to join our team.
You will support the Reservations Manager to oversee group reservations, handle enquiries and cancellations, and quote available rates to maximise room revenue while upholding Langham Brand Standards.
You will coordinate reservations, room blocks, rooming lists and contracts for large groups, and assist the Sales team with in office meetings as needed.
