What you'll be doing n

Manage all aspects of store operations, including staffing, inventory, merchandising, and customer experience

Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team of retail associates

Implement effective sales strategies and achieve targeted sales goals

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations

Collaborate with regional and head office teams to drive business growth and innovation

Extensive experience (5+ years) in retail management,



preferably within the fashion or luxury goods industry

Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams
