. This unique program is designed to support your transition from student to confident practitioner through structured guided hands-on practice and mentoring,

As a Graduate RN, you will participate in a comprehensive transition program that combines clinical practice with dedicated learning opportunities. You will be supported by the Campus Nurse Unit Manager and work closely with Nurse Preceptors, fostering a collaborative learning culture that encourages professional growth and development
