As Repurpose It continues to grow through strategic acquisitions, we are seeking an experienced
Mergers & Acquisitions Integration Manager
to ensure newly acquired businesses are successfully integrated into the group and positioned for long-term success.

This is a highly visible role that combines
project management, stakeholder leadership and business transformation
. You will be responsible for bringing together teams across the business, driving integration activities, managing priorities and ensuring acquisitions deliver their intended value.

About the Role
n
Reporting to senior leadership, you will lead the planning and execution of post-acquisition integration projects across multiple business functions.
n
You will:
n
n
Lead the integration of newly acquired businesses into the Repurpose It group.
n
Manage cross-functional projects involving
Operations, Finance, IT, HR, Procurement and Compliance
teams.
n
Develop and execute integration plans, timelines and governance frameworks.
n
Coordinate stakeholders
to ensure
key integration milestones are achieved
.
n
Drive Day One readiness and seamless business transitions.
n
Identify and manage risks
, issues and dependencies.
n
Track
integration
outcomes
, synergies and value realisation.
n
Support
the ongoing development
of Repurpose It's M&A; integration capability
and playbooks.
n

About You
n
We're looking for a
commercially minded project leader
who can influence stakeholders,



bring people together and drive outcomes in complex environments.
n
You will have:
n
n
Experience leading mergers & acquisitions integration,
transformation or large-scale business projects.
n
Robust project management
and stakeholder engagement skills.
n
The ability to coordinate multiple workstreams and maintain momentum.
n
Excellent communication
and relationship-building capability.
n
Strong commercial and problem-solving skills.
n
A hands-on approach
with the confidence to challenge, collaborate and deliver results.
n
n
Experience within waste, recycling, infrastructure, construction, engineering, manufacturing, logistics or similarly operational industries will be highly regarded.
