The Financial Executive is a key member of the Finance team, responsible for delivering effective and accurate financial processing across accounts payable, receivable, reconciliations, banking, and general financial administration. This role supports the daily operations of the Finance Department and contributes to month-end reporting and compliance processes.

Key responsibilities
n
Process supplier invoices and staff reimbursements through Hubdoc and ApprovalMax
n
Monitor invoice approvals and follow up on outstanding or disputed items
n
Prepare and upload weekly payment batches and assist with creditor run approvals
n
Liaise with suppliers and staff to ensure timely and accurate payments
n
Generate and issue invoices for sponsorships, grants, hospitality, and other revenue
n
Maintain up-to-date debtor records and corporate revenue trackers
n
Follow up on outstanding payments and liaise with internal and external stakeholders
n




Process daily banking transactions including EFTs, deposits, and transfers
n
Reconcile corporate credit cards and manage outstanding transactions
n
Complete monthly toll reconciliations and coordinate vehicle reimbursement claims
n
About you
n
2–3 years' experience in a finance, accounts, or administrative support role
n
Bachelor's degree (or currently studying) in Finance, Commerce, or Accounting, or a relevant vocational qualification (e.g. Certificate IV in
Bookkeeping/Accounting)
with equivalent practical experience
n
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
n
Strong organisational and time management skills
n
High attention to detail and data accuracy
n
Strong written and verbal communication skills
n
Reliable, self-motivated, and eager to learn
n
Professional, proactive, and solutions-focused
n
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a small team
