Backwater Pastoral Co. is seeking a full time senior Cropping Manager as part of a mixed farming operation covering over ****Ha's located 40km's southwest of Narromine, NSW.
Key responsibilities n

Manage cropping operations across the mixed farming operation
n
Make and implement key decisions within cropping enterprises.
n
Communicate with business owners and contractors.
n
About you n
n
Experience in the industry
n
High ethical standards and self-motivated
n
Passion towards agriculture
n
Good communication skills and ability to work well independently or in a team
n
Ability to operate modern farm equipment
n
Current driver's license and own vehicle
n
Current Chemical Accreditation
n
Livestock Husbandry skills, preferable
n

Our cropping enterprise mainly consists of however, is not limited to Cotton, Wheat, Chickpeas, Canola and a variety of grazing/fodder crops. Narromine is a small, vibrant and welcoming rural town with most services including a good range of shops, cafés, pubs, clubs and sporting teams, and is only 30km from Dubbo.
