South Burnett CTC Inc (CTC) is seeking a Kin Care Practitioner to deliver case management, assessment and support to children, young people and carers within the Supporting Kin service.

You will engage with families, kin carers and stakeholders to strengthen connections, facilitate kin carer approvals and ensure reliable placements while complying with legislation and driving service improvement.
